Sydney Barthold
was born and raised in Oklahoma
City, OK and was raised in the
Presbyterian Church there. As a teen she
was involved in many youth activities, most especially Young Life, a
non-denominational Christian youth organization. While at Young Life Camp at age 16 she gave
her life to the Lord.
Since then she has been involved in many
other church activities including teaching Women of the Word, High School
Sunday School, and Bible
School. She has served on many church committees and
sang for many years in the church choir.
In 1996 she was ordained as an Elder in the Presbyterian Church.
In 2000, following a stirring of the Holy
Spirit her life took a turn toward activities of the Holy Spirit which led her
to Apostle Patricia Carpenter. She was a
member of the first graduating class of New Wineskins International School Of Ministry (formerly called Progressive Revelation School
Of Ministry), in 2002. She also served on a mission team under the direction of
Jean Hodges and Tricia Miller of Federation of Ministers and Churches in Mexicali,
Mexico
in 2002.
Sydney is currently a member of Global Impact Ministry Centers,Inc; and serves as a
deliverance team member, intercessor, and instructor in the New Wineskins
International School of Ministry.
She lives in Texas
and works for the state as a Social Worker with Adolescent Substance Abusers.
She was ordained and commissioned to the marketplace as a minister in Sept of
2004.
