Apostle Patricia Coutts

Founder

Patricia J. Coutts is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and relocated to Lawton, Oklahoma after serving 7 years in the United States Army.  She was born again in June of 1976 and has served in various areas of ministry since.   

In 1984, she was called into the Prophetic ministry and began a long road of training and deep character grooming.  In 1996,  she was licensed by her local assembly as an Evangelist.  In 1997, Patricia was ordained as a pastor and continues to serve as a shepherd to many.   

She founded Grace Covenant Evangelistic Ministries, which obtained its corporate seal from the state of Oklahoma in 1999.         
Patricia was ordained through Grace Covenant as the founding overseer.  In August 2004, the name of the ministry was officially changed to Global Impact Ministry Centers, Inc; to fit the shifting vision and purpose of the work. Apostle Pat currently holds credentials with Global Impact Ministry Centers, Inc; located in Lawton, Oklahoma. She works with several main line denominations as an apostolic advisor and is also an apostolic and prophetic oversight for many individuals and groups in the Body of Christ. She is a spiritual parent to other churches and their ministers in other nations such as , West Africa, East Africa, Australia and Mexico.

She has served as a Judicial Intercessor for Justice At the Gates Ministries located in Texas where Alice Patterson is the overseer and director. She has been sought out as a prophetic voice and intercessor for candidates  running for official governemt offices and has a govermental anointing and grace to speak into the ear of civil rulers.

Apostle Pat served as county leader for the Oklahoma Concerts of Prayer for close to 3 years. She was responsible for holding prayer gatherings with intercessors and ministers from various parts of the Body of Christ.

She is the founder and director of New Wineskins International School of Ministry, which was founded in January of 2000. The school is currently based in Lawton, Oklahoma and has a correspondence curriculum, which is also available to the general public.

On DEC 31, 2002; she founded Eagles Wings International Prayer Network.  Eagles Wings was birthed out of a desire to limit the casualties among spiritual leaders and intercessors and to provide a safety net for them, their ministries and their families.  In September 2005, Apostle Pat founded Kingdom Expressions Arts Ministry which gave birth to Kingdom Expressions School of Prophetic Arts in January 2006.  The school is located in Lawton, Ok and serves various ministries and churches regionally. 

She is a published author and has written such books as "Spiritual Parenting-Dilemma or Delight?", "For The Sake Of The Kingdom", "Challenges And Champions", and The New Apostolic Reformation-Restoring Ethics To The Body Of Christ."  She is also a conference speaker, workshop leader, and instructor on the current apostolic and prophetic reformation. She is known as an Apostolic and Prophetic voice and carries a strong anointing in the areas of deliverance, healing and counsel. She has a vision to raise up 120 apostolic and prophetic training centers and ascension worship center for the purpose of  equipping and releasing mature saint into the earth and marketplace.

She currently resides in British Columbia, Canada with her husband Christopher and has two daughters; Alisha Shantae' and Tracey Nicole; along with three grandchildren:  Destineee LeShae', Izaeiah Tyler, and Tymeshia Rose-Lynn.
